SalesBot Agency ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Daniel Vazdar, based in Croatia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with our website at salesbot.agency and our lead generation services. Website visitors

When you visit our website, we collect anonymised analytics data via PostHog (EU cloud) including:

• Button and link interactions (e.g. CTA clicks)
• Approximate country (derived from IP, not stored long-term)
• Browser type and screen resolution

We use person_profiles: 'identified_only' — no anonymous user profiles are created. Session recordings are enabled with all input fields masked.

Prospective clients (inbound enquiries)

If you contact us via Telegram, WhatsApp, or email, we collect:

• Your name and contact details
• Your company name and role
• Any information you choose to share in your message

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (pre-contractual communication) and, where applicable, performance of a contract.

B2B outreach (lead generation service)

As part of delivering our service, we process publicly available B2B contact data (company name, professional email, job title, LinkedIn profile, company website). This data is sourced from public business directories and professional networks.

• Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — B2B cold outreach to professional email addresses for relevant commercial offers.
• Every outreach email includes a clear opt-out mechanism. Opt-out requests are honoured within 24 hours.
• We do not process special category data or personal data of individuals under 18.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your enquiries and provide our services
• To operate and improve our website (analytics)
• To run B2B outreach campaigns on behalf of clients
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

4. Data Retention

• Website analytics: Retained for 12 months by PostHog.
• Inbound enquiries: Retained for 2 years or until you request deletion.
• B2B outreach leads: Retained for the duration of a campaign plus 6 months, then deleted or anonymised. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honour suppression.
